Tips to Lose Weight corrine: 2014
Eating healthy and small portions thru out day will keep one from becoming hungry...drink two glasses of water before meals...eat one serving of each food during meal...stay clear of sweets, and junkfood as much as possible...get plenty of excercise, for example walking builds muscle tone and good for the heart...If one is to become hungry between meals drink water and eat small healthy snack as fruit....raw vegetables ..more greens are better as its another form of an antioxidant which cleanses ones body of toxins.nutrigrain bars...etc...keep hands busy all times with a hobby one likes.
