During meal times one should take time chew food thoroughly, before swallowing, by doing so one gets taste of full flavor of food...one sure way to slow down on eating is to enjoy the people your having meals with during conversation...taking such time your food will stay with you longer..you will eat less..and not so frequently...it is good for the digestive system as well...eating slowly prevents indigestion, and heartburn...we all are in such a rush in our lives...we dont take the time to enjoy our meals...while eating savior your food as you chew..you will be much surprised on flavor of food you may have never experienced before...
